Stablemates El Dorado Sun and Chandelier looked ready for their weekend assignments when turning in strong gallops at Byerley Park this morning. El Dorado Sun (Cave) galloped solo over 800m in 49, the 600m in 35.9, excellent work by the son of Captain Rio. He runs in the 3YO 1200m at Te Rapa and looks fit and bright.
Heavy fog prevented timing of sectionals in early gallops today. El Dorado Sun (Innes) and Red Dakota (McGinty) were timed to gallop 1000m in 1.03.5, Tango Terrific (Tomes) 1000m in 1.10, Paparimu (Tomes) 1200m in 1.22 and Sir Ram (Cherry) 1000m at three-quarter pace in 1.14. Loviste half-paced 1200m.
